ServiceTitan is looking for a detail-oriented project manager to join the web team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Web Marketing, the Project Manager will be responsible for triaging web requests, building timelines for delivery, and working with stakeholders to get projects from ideation to launch. The ideal candidate has experience communicating and coordinating with multiple departments simultaneously, prioritizing requests, and is committed to building and implementing processes that benefit the entire organization. 

The web team is responsible for our flagship website, www.servicetitan.com including the UX/UI experience, as well as conversion rate optimization, and the tech stack. The website is a critical tool for generating leads and is constantly being updated and improved. We are committed to data-driven decision-making and doing the right work and the right time.

What You’ll Do: 

• Work closely with the Senior Manager of Web Marketing and members of the web team to enhance and improve our request intake process 

• Create a roadmap view of upcoming work 

• Triage, prioritize and assign incoming requests 

• Create and implement workflow templates to help better predict delivery and launch dates 

• Continually assess capacity of web and web development teams against requests to ensure workloads are balanced across the entire team

• Create a reporting system for project statuses

• Serve as Project Manager on requests when needed

• Provide support for conversion rate optimization efforts by assisting with A/B test creation and implementation

• Assist with the implementation of UX best practices consistently throughout the website and as new projects are being requested and developed

What You’ll Bring: 

• 2-3 years of experience managing projects, preferably in digital marketing and/or tech industry 

• Concrete experience implementing processes that help teams streamline requests and work more efficiently with stakeholders

• Ability to delegate and assign tasks to team members as well as hold them accountable

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build buy-in amongst stakeholders
