Project Manager
We’re looking for a Revenue Strategy Project Manager to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Revenue Strategy team, you will further Snap Inc.’s understanding of the mobile advertising sales process, from inception to collection. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with Sales Leadership, Finance, and various Operational teams to expand and optimize our Ad Sales modeling, analytics, and reporting efforts as well as broader cross-functional projects.
What you'll do:
Develop systems, functionality, and processes to support a dynamic and growing organization
Present relevant financial reporting, analysis, insights, and recommendations related to established US markets and nascent Non-US markets
Manage cross-functional projects with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Product teams including planning, milestones, deliverables, and status updates
Collaborate with a broad team to analyze advertising performance, pacing, and forecast processes as well as codify and present insights to executive teams
Guide development of infrastructure to support streamlining and automation of various workflows
Work with internal support teams to understand marketplace, inventory, and pricing dynamics
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related
7+ years of work experience, with at least 3 years of experience in media / entertainment or revenue strategy (preferably in digital advertising)
Preferred qualifications:
Proven leadership experience on a finance team at a fast-paced, global organization
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
A well-rounded performer with exceptional presentation, analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Experience implementing systems and processes to streamline and optimize business workflows
A creative individual who can multitask and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
