Implementation Manager
About the Role:
If you are a project manager by nature, can talk customers through a lot of moving pieces, and want to be a part of revolutionizing the way people pay their bills, then we need your help.
As Implementation Manager at Papaya, you will manage the initial and ongoing onboarding experience for new partners. This includes being the first point of contact for new relationships, and all tasks necessary to ensure their success. A large portion of our partner base includes billing companies and medical practices, but Papaya partners with organizations from all industries.

What you would be doing:
- Onboard new partners into Papaya's internal systems
- Creatively identify customer problems and provide resolutions for roadblocks
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to facilitate changes on behalf of our partners
- Proactively communicate with customers to ensure timely project completion
- Educate new partners with training and support during the implementation phase
We’d like to hear from candidates with:
- Experience managing customer implementations and launches
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Success managing multiple projects at once
- A technical aptitude
- Proven ability to drive results under pressure and deadlines
- Superb adaptability in an ever-changing environment
We’d be especially excited if you have experience with Salesforce, Google Suite & Slack. If you have prior experience in Fintech and/or Healthtech, don’t forget to mention it.
