As an Event Planner, Talent Innovation, you will: 

What You’ll Do:

• Ideate, conceptualize and execute all pre and post-event coordination and operations 
• Develop events that contribute, but are not limited, to diversity and inclusion, employment branding, and recruiting initiatives
• Participate and/or lead in planning and scheduling to establish deadlines and ensure the timely completion of independent tasks, short and long-term projects
• Provide overall direction, coordination, and ongoing evaluation of event operations
• Promote events across digital platforms and cross channel communications
• Partner with internal departments and external vendors for event support and execution
• Oversee budget development, management, and reconciliation while also identifying cost-saving opportunities 
• Identify opportunities for ServiceTitan to either participate or engage in relevant conferences or events 
• Contribute to additional projects as needed by the company and/or department

To be successful in this role, you'll need: 

• 3+ years of prior full-time event planning experience 
• Ability to think strategically, and ensure event activities support business goals
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills -- Everyone is in the loop as needed 
• Superior organization and attention to detail -- Nothing else in the world brings you more joy 
• Deadlines? No problem -- You do what’s needed to make things happen while effectively updating all respective parties
• Ability to think strategically, quickly come up with creative solutions and ideas both in the office and on the fly -- Nothing is going to stand in your way to get what you want done
• Comfortable with occasional physical labor typical of events positions; this can include traveling with event supply bags, booth set-up, moving boxes of swag around
• Self-Starter -- You’re excited and comfortable taking lead on projects
• You love interacting with people -- You’ll be with them quite a bit to get this role done 
• Flexibility to travel 25%-50% of the time
