SHARPER LEADERSHIP ABILITIES- Your thoughts, ideas and leadership will make a tangible impact. You’ll proactively motivate and grow the TPM team (+ cross-functional partners!) through your insights and management expertise. You’ll also hone your active listening + leadership skills as you get to the crux of what our clients need in order to bring these products to life.

REINVENT & RESHAPE BUSINESSES - You will be instrumental in reshaping entire businesses by getting our projects to the finish line. It takes real tenacity and a special kind of guidance to help transform instead of just build.

What you'll do:

• Support + develop the Technical Project Management team, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed 
• Proactively discern resourcing needs for each project to ensure proper support for our client’s needs
• Work with engineering, product and design teams to estimate, implement, and build features 
• Provide operational excellence - evaluate + implement processes + tools so our teams can move efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Manage aspects of the project as needed for product development, operating under agile methodology 
• Create and track documentation such as project plans, budgets, team decisions and outstanding issues, risk assessments and mitigation strategies to track and follow-up with action items 
• Analyze variances by managing and reporting discrepancies to project scope, schedule, and budget
• Be the voice of the end-user; proactively provide customer feedback to internal teams 
• Juggle curveballs as projects are full of unknowns and you’ll have to identify and work through potential dependencies and novel challenges 
• Be a trusted leader and partner to our external business teams - they will look to you to provide direction, translate code language and provide product updates to our exec team every step of the way 

What you'll need to succeed

• Passion for developing and mentoring a team 
• A wizard in project management with product experience ie. have business management experience in launching consumer-facing software (web + mobile) that touches millions of users 
• Operational guru who can see through the weeds and knows what process and/or tool would best serve individual situations
• Experience building + successfully delivering products in an Agile project development environment, ie. know how to put together a schedule and work with the team to produce their best work 
• Demonstrate experience incubating and commercializing new ideas by working closely with technical teams from concept generation through implementation
• Skilled at calling out and pushing back both client-facing + internal estimates as needed.
• Effective leadership skills to drive projects to completion and strong interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across functions 
• Articulate complex concepts and communicate project status updates to the executive team and clients

Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado
