Reporting directly to the Director of Brand & Creative Services/Creative Director, the ideal candidate for the Program Manager role will be deeply inspired by working with creative, fanatical about helping ServiceTitan reach its business goals, and obsessed with forging deep cross-functional relationships to ensure that all work that comes out of the Brand & Creative Services Department is of the highest-quality while helping our partners reach new heights of business success.

In joining the ServiceTitan creative team, you will be the first program manager. While you will be inheriting a functional project management process, and a team of creatives who are as fanatical about deadlines and execution as they are about inspiration, you will have free reign to develop the process in whatever way you think will be successful.

The ideal candidate must bring their creative, analytical, and technical skills to all projects. They will be integral to helping us develop and execute on the creative vision of the CD and AD, and all relevant cross-functional stakeholders. They will have an expansive understanding of marketing activities and campaigns and how creative can positively or negatively impact them. 

As our Creative Services Program Manager, you will: 

• Project manage all internal/external creative projects
• Facilitate the hiring/onboarding of all FT and freelance creative team members
• Partner with Finance to ensure budget compliance
• Find/Onboard/Manage all agency and production companies
• Run all meetings including bi-weekly creative reviews, daily standups, and brainstorming sessions
• Serve as the advocate for the creative team, sharing its processes, style guides, etc. company-wide.

To be successful in this role, you'll need: 

• Minimum 5 years agency (creative, advertising, marketing) or production company experience in business relations, traffic, etc.
• Highly-organized with an emphasis on project and process management
• Deep understanding of video production, design, and copywriting
• Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies
• Strong communication skills; able to communicate complex information clearly
• Calm, balanced demeanor… you must be willing to tell your team when they’re wrong as well as cross-functional stakeholders.
