Associate Project Manager

As an Associate Project Manager, you will help deliver the software implementation of our most complex and strategic customers. You will have two main responsibilities, 1) executing on project plans by performing requirements gathering and configuration tasks for concurrent projects and 2) acting as an additional customer contact point for all enterprise implementations. You will work closely with cross-departmental resources to ensure timely and quality delivery of our software. You may need to travel 25-50% domestically, depending on seasonality.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a dedicated external facing associate for our project management team to drive, develop, and execute on software implementation project plans under the direction of experienced project managers
• Coordinate and/or implement customers’ data migrations, module build-out, training, and third-party integrations
• Oversee customers’ accounts to make sure they are accountable for project deliverables
• Develop capabilities required to work independently as an Enterprise Project Manager with your own work-streams
• Travel onsite to provide on-going coaching, consulting, and training sessions for customers on product and industry best practices

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of client facing experience in consulting or implementation roles
• At least BA/BS degree required. Fields such as Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science from a top tier University highly preferred
• Strong Excel skills a plus (VLOOKUP, Index Match, Pivot Table, etc.)
• Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple work streams at a time
• Exceptional customer relationship skills and a clear view of what constitutes excellent customer service
• Excellent problem-solver team player with strong communication and organizational skills, and an ability to confident and poised under pressure
• Familiarity with Enterprise Software a plus
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% of the time
