As part of VaynerMedia, the Creator, Affiliate & Influencer Team (CAIT) operates as a dedicated resource for clients seeking to leverage the power of creators, influencers, and affiliates. The team provides end-to-end services, from strategy and talent sourcing to content creation and campaign management, to increase social media views, fostering brand engagement, and driving measurable results for clients.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the execution of creator, influencer, and affiliate marketing initiatives within VaynerMedia's Creator, Affiliate & Influencer Team (CAIT). This role requires an individual with experience in managing project workflows, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery in the fast-paced world of social media and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting budget management, and driving projects to successful completion while aligning with client objectives and VaynerX's standards of executional excellence.

This position is required to work out of our LA office two-three days a week

What You’d Do:

  • Manage project tasks and timelines, from planning to execution, monitoring, and closure of campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget tracking, ensuring alignment with client goals and CAIT service offerings.
  • Coordinate project activities, assign tasks to team members and external partners, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams (including strategy, creative, talent, and business affairs) and external vendor partners 
  • Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support the management of stakeholder expectations, proactively escalating potential issues and providing regular project updates.
  • Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to support resource needs, contracts, and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on project status, financials, and resource utilization.
  • Support the execution of influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and management of creators, influencers, and affiliates, including scheduling, briefing, and performance tracking.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve communication, and enhance team collaboration.
  • Utilize project management tools and technologies to manage projects and track progress effectively.

What You’ve Got:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the marketing, advertising, influencer, affiliate, or PR industries.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with a focus on delivering results within timeline constraints.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
