We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead in the facilitation of execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. This role will involve working closely with internal teams, and external partners to drive successful campaign outcomes.

What You'll Do Here:

Project Management:

  • Oversee agency workflow and help define accountability and responsibilities on a per-project basis.
  • Ensure consistency in project scope, establish key phases, and set project timelines.
  • Monitor costs, resources, and scope to ensure projects are on track and budget.
  • Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement project plans.
  • Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria to stakeholders.
  • Participate and/or lead project briefings with key stakeholders and ensure expectations are set on deliverables.
  • Gather the necessary information to plan and implement each client project.
  • Manage procurements and vendors when needed.
  • Reviewing vendor contracts, SOWs, and change of scopes for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish costs and time for scope requests.
  • Provide timely updates and documentation to the internal and external teams, including quotes/estimates, timeline, status, next steps, and budget. 
  • Prepare and consistently update project documentation through all phases of the project lifecycle to keep internal teams and client(s) updated.
  • Proficiency with project management tools. 
  • Facilitate cross-functional team communication. 
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 

Resource Management:

  • In collaboration with Account Director(s) and/ or Sr. Project Manager(s), schedule and assign appropriate resources for task and/or project completion.
  • Ensure resources are completing tasks on schedule.
  • Reallocate resources as needed to ensure timelines are met.
  • Ongoing monitoring and forecasting of resource capacity levels.

External Management & Internal Planning:

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors. 
  • Facilitate and lead internal meetings in collaboration with client service leads.
  • Participate in client status meetings as necessary.
  • Participate in collective problem-solving sessions.
  • Provide input and updates to client service leads on all assigned projects.
  • Provide client leads with actual hours spent on projects to invoice.
  • Reconciliation of hard costs & tracker updates. 

You'll Need To Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years in a similar role within the marketing industry
  • Proven experience in project management, with knowledge and/or understanding of influencer marketing.
  • Relevant certifications in project management or influencer marketing would be a plus. 
  • Understanding of content strategies and marketing that leverage influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral to ensure effective collaboration with vendors, influencers, internal teams and clients
  • Some knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, including current trends, best practices, and platform algorithms.

Compensation progression is tied to demonstrated performance, expanded scope, and sustained contribution over time, not tenure alone. Employee compensation is reviewed regularly through formal performance reviews and check-ins to ensure alignment with role expectations and impact.
