As our Project Management Lead, you will help drive and deliver complex Revenue Cycle Management initiatives that align with organizational goals and operational priorities. Every day you will lead multiple concurrent projects, partner with cross‑functional RCM stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery, and proactively manage risks to keep projects on track. To thrive in this role you must bring strong project leadership experience, a solid understanding of RCM workflows, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. 

 
 

Here’s what you will experience working as a Project Management Lead: 

  • Leading and managing multiple RCM-focused projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives 

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation 

  • Building out a program for global visits, including a checklist and monitoring, and managing multiple projects concurrently.  

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes on time and within scope 

  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks or issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful completion 

  • Driving continuous improvement by conducting post-project evaluations and applying lessons learned to future initiatives 

 
 

Required Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree 

  • Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, preferably within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry 

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects concurrently 

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices 

 

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $66,185.60 - $114,114.48 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
