Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project/Program Management Lead Consultant to support advanced workstreams connected to "Affordable, Simple, Connected" (ASC) initiative as it relates to Direct Phone Sales. The goal is to integrate related projects to deliver cohesive program-level outcomes and ensure predictable execution.The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, a strategic thinker, and a highly skilled facilitator who can drive progress in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the program roadmap
- Lead large, complex projects and programs with broad organizational impact and significant interdependencies.
- Establish a consistent governance rhythm with quality gates
- Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and impacts
- Produce decision-ready dashboards and KPI reporting
- Align stakeholders early and often to reduce rework
- Coach project managers to operate at the right altitude
- Drive escalations with clarity and recommended actions
- Ensure benefits realization is planned and measured
- Provide direction, structure, and oversight across project lifecycles to ensure alignment with business goals and ASC requirements.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for efforts related to Direct Phone Sales.
- Work collaboratively with teams in Tech, IT, and other groups to translate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and advance strategic initiatives.
- Engage regularly with sales production leaders including Directors, Division Managers, Market Leaders, and agents to ensure workstreams are aligned to operational needs.
- Partner closely with implementation teams and reporting partners to drive execution, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement.
- Deliver clear, simplified communication of complex project information to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Motivate and inspire project team members while constructively assessing performance and removing obstacles to progress.
- Identify risks proactively and engage appropriate stakeholders in mitigation strategies.
- Develop customized solutions to complex enterprise‑level challenges.
- Drive achievement of project success factors, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and strategic goals.
- Manage high‑complexity projects independently and with minimal direction.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to drive progress without direct authority.

Base compensation offered for this role is $100,000- $125,000 / annually and is based on experience and qualifications.*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
