Our client, a top leader in consumer electronics, is looking for a “Project Coordinator” to be based out of Culver City/Los Angeles, CA (Long Term Contract).
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Color (CMF) Engineering Program Managers (EPMs) in driving color development and marketing initiatives. This role focuses on schedule coordination, sample management, vendor interaction, and operational support for new color programs and line extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support lead CMF EPMs by managing schedules for new color development and marketing projects.
- Coordinate color palette validation across multiple base materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage incoming samples, including organizing, storing, distributing, and driving color adjustments with vendors.
- Pull quotes, write Purchase Requisitions (PRs/POs), and provide documentation to validate invoices.
- Support marketing sample logistics, including customs and factory-to-site sample requests.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth day-to-day operational execution of color programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or Business preferred.
- 3–5 years of program or project coordination experience, ideally supporting hardware, design, or consumer product teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CMF, color, materials, or physical product samples
- Exposure to purchase orders, invoices, or vendor coordination
- Consumer electronics, design operations, or marketing operations background
