Provide QA oversight and approval for deviations, OOS investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and quality events in a biologics manufacturing environment. Ensure investigations and quality records meet timelines and GMP requirements, support manufacturing campaign activities, escalate quality issues, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Control, Engineering, and other teams to resolve issues and improve quality processes.

Manage GMP/GxP change control records from initiation through closure for Global Supply Chain. Track approvals, milestones, risks, and dependencies; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, maintain trackers, report status, escalate delays, and drive continuous improvement of change control processes to meet QMS and compliance requirements.

Manage commercial and vendor contract lifecycles for market research, data purchases, and digital services. Responsibilities include contract intake, approvals, execution, amendments, purchase orders, invoicing, vendor classification, workflow monitoring, compliance, recordkeeping, and stakeholder training. The role partners with Finance, Accounts Payable, vendors, IT, and procurement teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support timely contract and payment completion.

Analyze and integrate large-scale genetic, genomic, clinical, imaging, and single-cell datasets. Develop statistical, multimodal integration, and machine learning methods for human genetics and translational research. Responsibilities include GWAS, sequencing analysis, data quality control, workflow documentation, scientific presentations, and collaboration on publications. Requires strong programming in R, Python, and shell scripting, plus Git and high-performance computing experience.

Conducts and documents laboratory experiments supporting biotechnology research, development, and manufacturing projects. Responsibilities include experimental design, execution, analysis, troubleshooting, technical documentation, quantitative reporting, presenting findings, maintaining electronic records, and following GMP, GLP, Design Control, and company procedures.

Manage end-to-end commercial labeling projects in a regulated pharmaceutical environment: coordinate artwork review cycles, route workflows in Veeva Vault, proofread artwork, track timelines and approvals, partner with regulatory/quality/supply chain/packaging/manufacturing and external vendors, and support label implementation including phase-in/phase-out and obsolete inventory tracking.

Lead end-to-end publication planning and execution for manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and scientific presentations. Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Clinical, HEOR, investigators, and external medical writing vendors. Oversee vendor deliverables, track timelines, ensure compliance with ICMJE, GPP, and internal policies, and support congress submissions and journal publications.
