About LeaseLeads
Founded in 2022, LeaseLeads is a marketing technology platform shaping the future of apartment leasing. We create immersive websites and AI-powered virtual leasing agents that transform how prospects explore and lease apartments—right from the couch. For owners and operators, we unlock visibility into the full prospect journey—from first click to signed lease.

We’re a small, authentic team of adventurists, travelers, thrill seekers, and nerds. Fully remote and fueled by autonomy, trust, and curiosity—we believe in hustle when it counts and balance when it matters.

What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This person will learn an immense amount in this position and play a critical role in helping execute website and Virtual Leasing Agent onboarding/launches alongside our Project Manager, Account Manager, and Development Team.

You’ll wear many hats (we can't emphasize this enough)—coordinating project details/contents, managing client content, facilitating communication between departments, and using modern development, design, and AI tools to help us produce our work.

If you're the type of person who thrives with learning/trying new things, wearing many different hats, and sometimes making mistakes along the way - you'll do great here.

Don't get us wrong - we do document process, we always support your learning, and will help you to do great things - but we'll also encourage you to try new processes, tools, and approaches to get things done better/faster.

🔧 Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of website builds via content loading, project kick offs with direction from our PM

  • Facilitate content updates to WordPress websites as needed from clients.

  • Facilitate support tickets for content updates and assign to the development team as needed

  • Support the execution of Virtual Leasing Agent launches via script creation using AI tools, reviewing video intake/handoff to our AM, and working within ElevenLabs.

  • Check in with internal project timelines and task tracking

  • Generate new voiceovers for Virtual Leasing Agent tours (well documented process)

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather and organize content

  • Support the QA review of websites and software implementations before launch (well documented process and dedicated QA team)

  • Assist with documentation and organization of project updates

🤓 Start Date & Hiring Process

  • 2 interview rounds max 🤓 - looking to hire and start before June 1st 2025. Please do not apply if this timing doesn't work for you.

🧠 Requirements

  • 1+ year experience working in WordPress

  • 1+ year experience with Figma

  • 1+ year experience with a project management tool (we use clickup)

  • 1+ year experience with ChatGPT

  • Strong communication and organizational skills (we leverage tools such as Loom, Cleanshot, etc)

  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a big one....this is not a position where you'll be doing the same thing every day.

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, collaborative team, and taking risks. You will mess up - that's ok :) We are here to support you to learn/grow and move quickly with us.

✨ Bonus if you have:

  • Experience working with multifamily or real estate clients

  • Experience with ElevenLabs, Pastel, Notion

  • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp or similar)

  • A love of clean documentation and proactive problem-solving

💻 Perks & Benefits

  • Fully remote, flexible schedule

  • Matched healthcare (medical, dental, vision)

  • $100 monthly remote work stipend

  • 401(k) with Safe Harbor match (100% on first 3%, 50% on next 2%)

  • PTO:

    • 2 weeks paid vacation + up to 48 hours sick time

    • After 2 years: 120 hours PTO per year

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
