Project Administrator

We’re looking for a Project Administrator to join Snap Inc! Working closely with the Global Security team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the team’s executives across all their initiatives. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you will collaborate with team members, provide input and advice, schedule meetings and events, coordinate team events, and manage projects.
What you'll do:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Global Security executives
- Provide a critical link between executives, leadership, and staff
- Embrace project management for new initiatives and deliverables as they come up
- Anticipate needs and provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives
- Manage hectic calendars and schedules for multiple executives
- Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements
- Interact regularly and build relationships with executives across various teams at Snap
- Help with various administrative and office duties as assigned
- Organize team professional events, social gatherings, team offsites, etc.
What we're looking for:
- Experience providing high-level administrative support at the executive level
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment
- Someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, incredibly proactive, and resourceful
- Strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions
- High level of professional integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs, and applications
- Strong familiarity with Google enterprise products (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and a passion for implementing technology to increase efficiency
- Experience planning large team events and offsites
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills with flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes
- Flexibility to adapt to a quickly changing startup environment with an optimistic approachAble to take initiative and work efficiently with little direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a tech/startup environment
- A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
