We are seeking a Program Manager to lead project efforts for the Creative & Marketing team. Responsibilities include scoping, forecasting, planning, communication, and process management for projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects, balancing priorities, and mitigating risks. Efficiency, independence, resourcefulness, and clear communication are essential. Collaboration, professional integrity, and confidentiality are also required in this fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the Creative & Marketing team to ensure successful execution of creative ideas.

  • Serve as the central point of information for project deadlines, timelines, deliverables, and feedback.

  • Partner with Marketers to define project timing, scope, and deliverables for efficient kickoffs.

  • Manage project forecasting and scoping, working with Resource Management for staffing.

  • Review Marketing plans for completeness before project kickoffs.

  • Oversee the successful execution and delivery of various project types (digital, video, collateral, OOH, etc.).

  • Maintain a global calendar and status sheet for the team, as well as individual timelines.

  • Identify and resolve team-wide issues, proposing workflow improvements and partnering with leadership for implementation.

  • Actively seek to improve work processes and efficiencies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • You are an extremely skilled communicator, able to own and facilitate conversations regardless of group size or seniority level. You know how to explain things clearly and drive decision making. You also know how to be an active listener, and can easily tailor your inputs and communication style based on the group

  • You have a proven ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments (Leadership, XFN teams, Creative, Engineering, etc.) 

  • You have superb leadership skills, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • You have superb attention to detail, good judgement, and listening skills.

  • You have a great attitude and a passion for Snap Inc.’s products and creativity.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 8+ years of senior-level program management experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Preferred qualifications: 

  • High competency and proven track record of program management of very large engagements, highly complex integrated campaigns. 

  • Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel.

  • Experience with various project types, including digital, video, events, and social.

  • Experience working with program management tools (i.e. Smartsheet) 

  • Experience as a people manager is a plus. 

  • Experience working closely with C-level executives is a plus.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $142,000-$214,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$203,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $121,000-$182,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
