Job Description Summary

The Program Manager provides Facility Management experience to designated programs and assignments for a particular client account, property portfolio, or large facility/complex through interaction with the client, property or facility management team, and project management staff. Monitors and coordinates the execution of the two main programs and processes relating to client contracted agreements for Facility management and tenant improvement consulting services. May supervise one or more data analysts, and/or Facility Coordinators. Works closely with and provides detailed program reports to the Account Manager/Director or Portfolio Manager in addition to the building/facility management team.

Job Description

• Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain master program budgets and timelines as required for each program and program phase to ensure overall program objectives and client needs are met

• Drive program enhancements and growth to achieve client's overall need and goal

• Provide governance to ensure data quality and develop trainings to address inconsistencies or inaccuracies

• Prepare and coordinate program reports for clients, Account/Portfolio Manager, and property/facility management team at all program phases including conceptual, implementation, completion, and reporting

• Review invoices, change orders and other documents associated with work orders; advice and counsel the Account/Portfolio Manager and building/facility management team,

• Provide all necessary documentation and reports to the client and building/facility management team

• Cooperate with other building/facility personnel to achieve corporate goals and objectives as to quality, service, cost and profit

• Report to the Account/Portfolio Manager and senior building/facility manager regarding major problems and findings and results achieved along with specific, complete, and comprehensive recommendations

• May be required to establish goals and objectives with timetables for the organizational unit and sub-units supervised

• Manage large data sets, validate, update for accuracy, and provide reports based on data.

• Performs other related duties as required or requested

Position Requirements

· A BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in project coordination is preferred with strong knowledge of lease terms, construction, move process and furniture systems.

· A minimum of three years of experience in a corporate real estate environment in any of the following areas:  Space planning, MAC projects, furniture reconfiguration, project management or facilities management.

· Ability to demonstrate proficiency in utilizing technology tools such as Monday.com, Excel, Word, AutoCAD, & Power Point.  Experience in learning/using a new technology platform would also be desirable.

IMPORTANT EDUCATION
• Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required

IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience required
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management preferred
• Experience with critical system environments desired
• Experience in the development and implementation of programs to drive out cost inefficiencies preferred
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM), International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) industry certifications recommended; other Engineering, Business or technical training or certifications preferred
• Ability to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints
• Proficient in understanding management agreements and contract language
• Excellent computer and systems knowledge: Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong discipline of financial management including financial tracking, budgeting and forecasting
• Knowledge of Financial Systems (Yardi a plus)
• Skilled in Building Management Systems maintenance and monitoring

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May be required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 85,850.00 - $101,000.00
