We’re looking for a Program Manager to join the Global Brand Experience team at Snap Inc. - a unique team that builds physical and augmented reality experiences that showcase the features of Snap. Ideal candidates are passionate about technology, production, customer service, and experiential technology. Some travel and event support is expected. This is a full-time position.

What you’ll do:
  • Ideate, prototype, and build / program manage interactive and experiential products and systems, such as Snap’s AR Mirrors, Spectacles experiences, and integrations in support of our innovation partnerships.  With Snap’s consumer Spectacle launching in 2026, play a critical role in executing the go-to-market strategy

  • Work closely with cross functional stakeholders and Snap engineering and Labs to create, refine, maintain, and innovate AR Mirror technology, AR/AI photo booth, Spectacles experiences and experiential activations related to Snap

  • Participate in concept development for experiences involving AR Mirror technology Camera Kit, and work on projects from ideation and design through implementation which will be instrumental in representing Snapchat and the Spectacles brand

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Snapchat and Spectacles products and ecosystem

  • Create project briefs, engineering specifications, and other written documentation

  • Utilize problem solving skills and new technology to make the impossible possible

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively

  • Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams

  • Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion

  • Skilled in clear and concise communication across a matrix organization

  • Experience integrating technology as a component of physical space design

  • Fluency conveying technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in a technical field such as computer science, or equivalent years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company

  • 8+ years of program management of a technical product at a consumer or enterprise technology company

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: identifying product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution

  • Portfolio of previous projects that demonstrate your experience in this space

  • 3+ years of experience in Creative Technology, experiential products, or a similar 

  • Prior experience working with Snap Inc. is preferred.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $190,000-$284,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $181,000-$270,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $162,000-$241,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
