We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Employee Experience team. In this role, you will contribute directly to creating a vibrant, inclusive, high performance workplace by supporting our broader employee experience and community-building programs and initiatives in alignment with our One Procore culture.

As a core part of this work, you will champion communication, facilitation, design, and scaling of Employee Experience programming, ensuring a seamless, world-class experience for every team member throughout their journey at Procore. This is a unique opportunity to build your program management career while actively shaping team culture, driving engagement programs, and supporting impactful employee experience projects across our HR portfolio.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Culture & Employee Experience and is preferably based in our Austin, TX office, though other U.S. office locations will be considered. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Ownership & Execution: Own the end-to-end design, execution, and strategy for assigned Employee Experience programs, while collaborating with global partners to align and scale initiatives across international regions as teams expand.

  • Operational Excellence & Resource Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive playbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across all program touchpoints. Partner with operations and stakeholder teams to streamline logistics and execution as required.

  • Program Facilitation & Hosting: Act as a key ambassador for Procore by hosting live program sessions, including enablement, and creating a high-energy, engaging, and inclusive environment for participants.

  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts, guest speakers, and key business leaders to ensure seamless program delivery and alignment on shared outcomes.

  • Cross-Functional Operational Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal partners including IT, Workplace Experience, Comms, Executive Admins, Talent, and broader HR and business teams to ensure all underlying operational, technical, and logistics dependencies are executed flawlessly.

  • Continuous Improvement & Strategic Evolution: Gather and analyze participant feedback and key performance metrics to measure program impact and identify areas for growth. Proactively refresh curriculum, media assets, and delivery methods to ensure all programming continuously aligns with Procore’s evolving business strategy and the One Procore Culture.

  • Operational Efficiency: Partner with the Employee Experience team to identify, automate, and optimize operational processes and workflows. Apply program management best practices and creative problem-solving to emerging priorities and key initiatives across the HR portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in training facilitation and program management.

  • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional project management and time-management skills with high attention to detail; you thrive when managing multiple moving parts and deadlines.

  • Communication Skills: Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.

  • Tech Savviness & AI Curiosity: Comfortable navigating modern workspace tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace) and learning People Technology systems like Workday. Demonstrates a strong curiosity for emerging tech alongside practical, hands-on experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, NotebookLLM) to drive day-to-day efficiency.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, resourceful thinker who embodies Ownership by turning friction points into opportunities for growth. You approach challenges with Optimism and Openness, creating scalable, human-centered processes that elevate the employee experience.

  • Process documentation and workflow design: Experience creating or refining playbooks, SOPs, and process maps. Comfortable working with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project/ ops platforms to document and track programmatic/ project work and processes.

  • Empathy: A passionate advocate for culture and the employee experience, who naturally lives our values and is able to consistently deliver against our commitments and actions (One Procore). 

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

114,400.00 - 157,300.00 USD Annual

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
