We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives in the United States – Remote (Washington, D.C. area preferred). This role will collaborate closely with our local sales team and the leading product unit to develop targeted messaging, create compelling marketing assets, and execute strategic campaigns that accelerate market penetration.

As a Cognyter you will:

  • Go-to-Market (GTM): Plan and execute product launches, feature rollouts, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Customer Expansion: Work closely with business stakeholders to maximize business potential of existing/new customers
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral, battle cards, training materials, and presentations to support the go-to-market teams.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear and differentiated messaging and value propositions.
  • Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to generate and execute marketing campaigns, Develop customer case studies and success stories and Drive brand awareness initiatives in North America.
  • Competition and Market Trends : Analyze Market trends and follow competitors’ product campaigns.
  • Event Support & Field Marketing : Research and identify strategic industry events, conferences, and trade shows and provide pre-event, on-site, and post-event support to the sales team initiatives.

Requirements

For that mission you’ll need:

  • 5 – 7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related roles (experience level may vary by company).
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, go-to-market strategies, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, especially with Product Management, Corporate Marketing and Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with intelligence practices and technologies – a big advantage
  • Willingness to travel for at least 15%.
  • Location: Washington DC area is a plus

If hired for this position, the base salary range would be between $125k-$140k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to work location, skills, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Cognyte’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include commission and short and long-term incentives. In addition, Cognyte provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and PTO.
