Description

monday.com is looking for a sharp, driven Product Marketing Manager to join our cross-product marketing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a focused area within our broad monday.com ecosystem and help bring its story to life—from understanding our users to delivering high-impact messaging, collateral, and go-to-market support.

We ’re looking for a hands-on, fast-moving team player who’s passionate about connecting product value with real customer needs. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure we clearly and effectively tell the right stories to the right audiences.



About The Role

  • Develop compelling narratives, messaging and value propositions to support positioning, launches, and adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and go-to-market teams to align on strategy and execution.
  • Create marketing and sales enablement assets such as landing pages, campaign briefs, sales decks, and more.
  • Conduct research on user needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends, and implement insights in your work.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for impact, define hypotheses and business cases, propose solutions, and execute quickly.



Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a product marketing role in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate product features into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Fast, hands-on executor with attention to detail and a drive to get things done.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
  • Proactive and motivated, with a can-do attitude
  • Strategic thinker and result-driven individual with strong analytical skills.
  • Diverse PMM background across both SLG and PLG - advantage.
