monday.com is seeking a passionate and strategic messaging & brand communication lead, to craft compelling content and translate it into engaging sessions for our flagship conference, Elevate. This role weaves product stories and company vision into a cohesive and inspiring experience for our audience. You will work directly with monday.com leadership to align messaging across the organization, focusing on creating relevant and impactful content that resonates with attendees and drives deeper engagement with the monday.com platform.

About The Role

You will architect our multi-product narrative at Elevate, focusing on how our product suite solves complex business challenges and position monday.com to go up market. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Narrative development: Develop and refine the overarching narrative that connects our various products, showcasing their synergistic value and addressing the specific needs and challenges of our customers. This includes identifying key themes, crafting compelling messaging frameworks, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Leadership collaboration: Work closely with monday.com leadership to align sessions with the overall company vision and strategic objectives. This will involve participating in strategic discussions, translating product roadmaps into sessions, and ensuring that our messaging reflects our commitment to our customers. 
  • Customer engagement: Create targeted content and narratives that demonstrate the value of using multiple monday.com products together. Focus on showcasing how our platform can streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and drive tangible business outcomes for Enterprise clients.
  • Session management: Manage the lifecycle of strategic sessions from initial brainstorming and concept development through content iteration, speaker preparation, and on-stage delivery.  
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze attendee feedback and engagement (session attendance, attendee satisfaction, and post-conference engagement) to identify areas for improvement and maximize Elevate’s impact. 



Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in content strategy, product marketing, or a related field, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Ability to translate complex business goals and product strategies into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify insights, and use them to inform storytelling strategies.
  • Experience with monday.com or similar work management platforms is a plus.
