Description

monday CRM  is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to join our best in class online marketing department and drive our growth marketing efforts to new heights. As the CRM’s Performance Marketing Lead you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing data-driven customer acquisition strategies, increase revenue and optimize for efficiency and ROI across various channels for the CRM product. You will collaborate with a team of skilled performance managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve monday CRM growth goals. You’ll work under the direction of monday.com’s performance team and work closely with the Head of Marketing for CRM. 



About The Role

  • Collaborate with a group of skilled performance managers to be responsible for monday CRM’s acquisition and growth efforts.
  • Leading strategy for various acquisition channels and working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as designers, content, analysts, growth etc.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition channels, continuously scaling while keeping efficient ROI.
  • Establish clear goals and KPIs for the CRM performance stakeholders, and provide guidance for success.
  • Efficiently manage the marketing budget, allocating resources for maximum results and cost-effectiveness.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor the channels’ performance, detect trends, and make data-driven decisions and improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, growth, creative, analysts and marketing ops for cohesive, effective and constant improvement of marketing results.
  • Generate reports, present key metrics to senior management, and offer insights for future activities.



Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing in rapidly-growing global tech companies - a must. Experience in team management - an advantage. 
  • Ability to own and coordinate complex marketing projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successfully managing paid activities of +$50M yearly budget
  • Worked in a data-driven and analytical environment , an analytical thinker with a passion for data and optimization
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and self-served user acquisition funnels and CRO strategies. Impact-driven, data and business-oriented.
  • Proven ability to oversee multi-touch attribution models, including the implementation of different models. 
  • Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, and thriving in working in a fast-paced environment
