About the Job

The Opportunity

As a Product Marketing Manager at JivPad, you will be instrumental in shaping how the world discovers and experiences a new era of human communication. JivPad is redefining accessibility and connection through AI-powered voice technology, enabling individuals with speech or hearing differences, and anyone who desires intelligent call assistance, to communicate with confidence, clarity, and authenticity. Our platform also delivers real-time translation for in-person conversations, breaking language barriers effortlessly.

In this role, you will craft the narrative that introduces JivPad to the world. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, deepen user engagement, and establish JivPad as the definitive platform for intelligent communication. You will serve as the voice of our audience, translating their needs into compelling positioning, messaging, and campaigns that resonate across markets.

This is a unique opportunity to join a founding-stage team at the moment of launch, where your work will directly shape brand perception and market trajectory. The pace is intentional, the standards are high, and the impact is immediate.

What You'll Do

Develop and own JivPad's product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategy across all channels and audiences. Create premium marketing collateral, product narratives, launch campaigns, and sales enablement materials that reflect our commitment to excellence. Partner with Product and Engineering to translate complex AI and voice technology into clear, emotionally resonant stories that connect with diverse user segments. Identify and cultivate strategic growth opportunities by analysing market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging accessibility and communication technology markets. Collaborate with PR, content, partnerships, and community teams to drive awareness, demand, and long-term brand equity. Champion the voice of our users, particularly those in the accessibility community, ensuring their stories and needs are at the centre of everything we bring to market. Build and nurture relationships with advocates, partners, and key stakeholders to foster enduring loyalty and business growth.

What You'll Need to Succeed

A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, with 2+ years of experience in product marketing, brand strategy, or growth marketing within a technology or SaaS organisation. A portfolio or demonstrated history of crafting compelling go-to-market strategies and premium brand narratives. Experience thriving in fast-paced, early-stage environments where ambiguity is an invitation and ownership is expected. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a refined eye for detail and an instinct for storytelling that moves people. A deeply collaborative disposition, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Design, Engineering, and Growth to deliver unified, high-impact initiatives. Genuine passion for accessibility, inclusive technology, or communication innovation is highly valued.

About JivPad

JivPad is a modern communication platform built on the belief that everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and in control of their own voice. Our AI-powered calling technology enables users to make phone calls with full autonomy, whether they choose to speak through AI using their own cloned voice, direct the conversation in real time via text, or seamlessly take over the call themselves. Our live translation feature allows people speaking different languages to converse naturally, in person, without delays or interruptions.

We are not building another AI calling tool. We are building the future of human connection, where technology amplifies who you are rather than replacing you.

Equal Opportunity

JivPad is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome dedicated individuals regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. We believe that extraordinary products are built by extraordinary teams, and extraordinary teams are built on inclusion, respect, and the understanding that brilliance has no single origin.

If you require accommodation during the application or interview process, please reach out to our team and we will ensure your needs are met with care.

Let's build the future of communication, together.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
