Job Purpose:  
 

This position is responsible for crafting and executing media tactics at the product level for assigned product categories that further and grow our customer relationships. In collaboration with the integrated media lead and strategy leads the role ensures that these tactics align with broader business objectives. Utilizing product insights, the role focuses on the implantation of campaigns aimed at building reputation, driving demand, cultivating engagement, and enabling business partners through educational resources.  

 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with integrated media lead, cross functional partners, and various stakeholders to develop and implement product-level marketing tactics and campaigns to meet business objectives 

  • Collaborate with partners to further sales pipeline movement utilizing account-based marketing practices.   

  • Report on the success of marketing efforts at the product level, aligning them with the initiative/campaign budget.  

  • Contribute to the audience-level customer experience research agenda, synthesizing product-level insights, and marketing trends to inform strategic direction.  

  • Oversee the development of marketing briefs, review, and approval of creative materials for product-level initiatives, incorporating compliance and product requirements into marketing campaigns.  

  • Supervise the accuracy and compliance of marketing and sales materials.  

  • Source and comply statistics that support the overarching product value proposition.  

  • Solve complex problems, taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions where change is needed.  

  • Consistently meet campaign execution timelines and quality metrics.

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience 

  • 5+ years of related business-to-business experience, preferably within a regulated industry.  

  • Knowledge of product-oriented advertising compliance regulations.  

  • Implementing account-based marketing / lead nurturing practices preferred.  

  • Experience collecting insights/data and creating product/customer-centric action plans.   

  • Strong project management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.  

  • Working knowledge of various traditional and digital media channels and their applications.  

  • Proven teamwork and communication skills.  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B2B/2C experience

  • Account based marketing best practices, lead scoring/management, funnel stage marketing, budgeting

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

 

Base Salary Range:

$91,300.00 - $136,900.00
