Own product vision and execution for data integrations: define supported integration types and tooling (API, sFTP, CDC, Snowflake), shape integration architecture and data mapping, work with engineering and non-technical customers, create playbooks and documentation, and align with GTM, Sales, and Customer Success to accelerate onboarding and platform value.

FloQast is at the forefront of the accounting industry, providing an AI-powered Accounting Transformation Platform created by accountants, for accountants. We are dedicated to revolutionizing how accounting and finance teams work, enabling them to move beyond manual, tedious tasks and into a strategic, advisory role. By leveraging our groundbreaking, auditable AI Agents and purpose-built solutions, we empower teams to streamline their financial close, enhance compliance, and achieve a new level of transparency and accuracy. Our mission is to help accountants reclaim their time, simplify their work, and ultimately shape the future of their profession. Come join us!

You will own the product vision and execution for how new data integrations are built and scaled on the FloQast platform. You'll define what integration types we support, shape the tools that make those integrations possible, and drive the roadmap that determines how financial data from ERPs, banks, subledgers, and other source systems flows into FloQast. This is a technical PM role - you'll work closely with engineers on integration architecture and equally closely with non-technical customers who need to understand what their data setup unlocks.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the roadmap for new integration types and the tooling that powers them, including API-based connections, sFTP workflows, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Snowflake data sharing.

  • Define requirements for integration tools that allow customers and internal teams to configure, map, and validate new data connections at scale.

  • Evaluate source systems (ERPs, subledgers, banking platforms, payroll providers, and others) to determine integration approach, connectivity patterns, and data mapping requirements.

  • Partner with Engineering to drive technical decisions on integration design: connectivity method, data schema handling, pipeline architecture, and how source data maps into FloQast's canonical data models.

  • Develop and maintain playbooks and documentation for integration types, and coordinate with internal consuming teams so new connections can be onboarded faster and more consistently across the organization.

  • Work directly with customers during integration builds, translating technical requirements into clear guidance, and advocating for customer needs back into the product.

  • Align with Product, Alliances, and GTM teams on integration priorities, partnership opportunities, and how integrations extend the FloQast platform's value.

  • Support Sales and Customer Success with crisp messaging on what each integration type unlocks and what customer problems it solves.

  •

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data, integrations, or platform products.

  • Demonstrated understanding of API-based integrations, sFTP workflows, and data pipeline concepts. You can hold a technical conversation with engineers without needing every term explained.

  • Primary experience working on platform or infrastructure products rather than user-facing application features.

  • Ability to work directly with non-technical customers on technically complex subjects - you translate clearly without losing accuracy.

  • Strong cross-functional communication and the ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams.

  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and moving quickly without close oversight.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems relevant to accounting workflows: Workday, SAP, NetSuite, Yardi, or similar.

  • Experience with data warehousing or cloud data platforms, including Snowflake.

  • Working knowledge of accounting and financial data, enough to recognize when data relationships don't make business sense.

  • Background in fintech, accounting software, or financial services.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

FloQast’s Data Platform team is a place where technical, curious, and thoughtful builders solve meaningful problems with real customer impact. You’ll have the opportunity to own integrations end to end, shape how data moves through the FloQast platform, and help expand our reach across the accounting ecosystem. This is a team where strong operators can move quickly, take ownership, and make a visible difference in both customer outcomes and platform capability.

We value collaboration, initiative, and practical problem solving. You’ll work alongside teammates who care deeply about building reliable systems, solving hard data problems, and helping each other succeed. Here, you’ll have the space to be scrappy, think creatively, and contribute to a platform that is becoming foundational to how modern accounting teams work.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
