The Producer is responsible for managing feature roadmaps, coordinating between teams in multiple locations, and ensuring timely project delivery through effective communication and process improvement.

- Build effective processes to effectively coordinate across languages, cultures, time zones and working styles and global locations, primarily, acting as a key bridge between U.S. and China teams.
- Own and manage various feature roadmaps which includes scheduling and tracking updates across all feature groups from design requests, engineering support, and game integration.
- Communicate frequently and effectively across all departments so visibility is clear, dependencies are tracked, and roadblocks are eliminated.
- Collaborate with various departments to create, track, weigh resource availability, and negotiate requests to ensure all work is on track for delivery.
- Ensure the impact of scope changes are understood and their ramifications are communicated.
- Work closely with the production teams and development leadership to drive prompt decision making.
- Coordinate the day-to-day work of various teams, including conveying production and roadmap data to steer the production schedules and plans.
- Contribute to developing and refining our production processes to increase studio efficiency and quality.
- Champion long and short-term goals to further the studio’s overarching goals.
- Full professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required, as this role serves as a primary communication bridge between our Mandarin-first core project team and English-speaking local stakeholders on a daily basis.
- 5+ years in game production or an equivalent project management role.
- Experience developing multi-platform AAA game development.
- Well versed in using Jira, Shotgun/ShotGrid, or other industry standard tasking systems, including crafting basic JQL or other equivalent searches to build relevant dashboards/data sets.
- Ability to effectively work alongside a variety of different groups including designers, artists, engineers, and animators.
- Detailed oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven record of handling both day-to-day updates and longer-term strategy planning
- Demonstrated proficiency with building, growing, or improving existing development pipelines.
- Capable of working independently and multitasking to cover various projects and pipelines as needed.

US-California-Los AngelesThe expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $110,000.00 to $229,700.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level.
