Hadrian - Manufacturing the Future


Hadrian builds software-defined high precision component factories for the top aerospace companies in the world. After a successful customer beta phase, we are substantially scaling our operations to our second factory (based in Torrance) and are in the final stretch of building our core software engineering and product team from whom the future of Hadrian will be built upon. This team will leverage various current and advanced technologies and build custom in house software solutions to help improve, automate and scale the future of manufacturing in the U.S.


Hadrian is looking for a driven People Programs Specialist to join the People Operations Team. The People Programs Specialist will be responsible for supporting and managing impactful programs that enable and empower employees throughout their entire Life Cycle at Hadrian, including but not limited to onboarding, performance reviews, employee and manager trainings, employee engagement initiatives, and other general L&D opportunities for the broader business. Responsibilities

  • Drive projects designed to scale operations and content for our complex and cross-functional People initiatives.
  • Apply a structured project management methodology and establish best practices for People Operations in support of the Employee Life Cycle at Hadrian.
  • Develop content and materials, including project plans, comms materials, and similar project material to help manage the project and communicate intent to our employee base.
  • Identify gaps and capture learnings from existing frameworks to help implement improvements and create efficiencies in People programs and processes for the long-term.
  • Contribute to the building of our People Operations and HR functions to support the broader business.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and diagnose People challenges and design effective solutions to ensure the highest priority goals are achieved.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience, with experience in program management. This is not a managerial role.
  • Resourceful and thoughtful about how to leverage the support around you to get things done.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; clear and concise communication style.
  • Superb organizational skills, with experiencing triaging many requests and priorities in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
  • A track record of work that required interpersonal sensitivity, empathy, and discretion in working with confidential people data.
  • Experience with fast-paced change management, ideally at a high-growth company.
  • Strong execution mindset. We're moving fast and there is a lot to do every day.
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to solve business problems.
  • Ability to build and run processes than enhance culture and the employee experience.
  • Ability to establish and maintain trust and credibility across all levels of the company.

  • An organizational guru – you have excellent organizational skills that can provide high impact on employee experience.
  • Comfortable working with large groups and facilitating discussions to create a positive and engaging experience.
