By providing talent development expertise, you will unleash leadership and functional potential to enable our talent strategies and practices.What You'll Do

  • Build strategic partnerships across People & Culture, brand or functional business leaders and other Gap Inc HR partners to develop and execute high impact talent strategies ​

  • Advise, consult and coach leaders on talent development capabilities to achieve specific business outcomes​

  • Design, create and facilitate inclusive employee developmental training and experiences to aid in employee growth ​

  • Manage project and program development and delivery for a seamless employee experience​

  • Collaborate and lead others in key initiatives and their implementation ​

  • Manage operations of employee experience, budget, planning and metrics to drive results ​

Who You Are

  • Continuous learner and possess an organizational savviness to build relationships across the company, understand the business needs and deliver results

  • Create with audacity, using your technical experience in adult learning theory and/or instructional design and leadership and functional development

  • Solid facilitation and coaching acumen, with strong diagnostic skills in listening, probing and analyzing to translate business demands into development solutions

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is a plus

  • Evaluate sometimes complex situations using multiple sources of information (internal and external sources)
