The Opportunity Innovation & Trendsetting:

Stay ahead of emerging HR technology trends, ensuring the adoption of best practices, new technologies, and cutting-edge tools that can drive continuous improvement in the HR ecosystem.

Drive innovation within HR ecosystem involving applications like Workday, SNOW, Phenom, Glint, Qualtrics and internal custom tools, exploring new functionalities, third-party integrations, and creative solutions that align with Adobe’ HR Technology roadmap.

Build AI strategy for the HR Tech landscape. Explore opportunities within current tech stack and potential solutions to drive AI to create more value for HR and employees at Adobe.

Evaluate technology options that will help enhance the capabilities of the current HR Tech stack to meet the needs of the business.

Ability to vision a cohesive user experience by stitching multiple systems and process. Expertise with API, cutting edge architecture principles that will allow scale and secure data integrations.

What you'll Do Optimize HR Technology Infrastructure:

Continuously assess and enhance the efficiency, scalability, and user experience of HR platforms. Leverage data and analytics to assess the performance of HR technologies and make data-driven decisions for improvements.

Designing solutions which are scalable across geographies, leveraging the architectural principles around personas, integrated architecture, simple UX for high user adoption.

Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility, ensuring continuous improvement of the HR platform

Collaborate with Business, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver innovative solutions.

Ensure Data Security & Compliance:

Build and maintain secure, compliant HR tech systems, ensuring that data privacy regulations are followed, and sensitive employee data is protected

Strategize with partners and stakeholders around centralized data landscape to assist with people analytics and insights teams

What you need to succeed

  • 7+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 3 years in architectural role.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing HR technology solutions (e.g., HRIS, LMS, ATS, performance management systems, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based HR technology platforms and experience with API, File based integration and data management.
  • Experience implementing AI and Bots to enhance employee experience and drive operations
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SNOW is a must
  • Ability to think outside the box, drive new ideas, and implement groundbreaking HR tech solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize systems and improve HR workflows.
  • Ability to lead projects and teams, influence decision-making, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in system architecture, cloud technologies, API integrations, and managing tech stack for HR operations.
  • Deep passion for evolving the HR function through technology, with a focus on employee experience and process efficiency.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $108,300 -- $211,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
