Location: This position is fully remote.
Timeline: We are looking to fill this position immediately and will have additional Payroll Associate positions opening in the near future.
Pay, Hours & Benefits
Pay is $22/hr. This is a part time role reporting to the Senior Payroll Coordinator, working 10-40 hours per week. We will figure out a schedule that works for you and for us and it may include starting with fewer hours and then scaling up. The shifts offered are in 4-5 hour blocks and are offered all 7 days of the week. Shifts may be offered in the morning, afternoon, or evening, depending on our current needs. The work ebbs and flows, so the available hours may change as new campaigns start and others end. We will give at least a 2-week notice for any shift changes.
Beyond pay, we offer a generous benefits package, including paid sick leave, health insurance, and (virtual) classroom-style training. At the end of the campaign cycle, there may be opportunities for advancement.
Equity: If you are interested in this position but don’t think you qualify for everything, please don’t let that stop you from applying! At The Outreach Team, we prioritize equity and inclusion and believe our work is better when it benefits from the knowledge, experience, and wisdom of people who have faced systemic barriers.
We are an equal opportunity employer and we strongly encourage Black, indigenous, people of color, women, people with previous felony convictions, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and others who identify with underrepresented groups to apply"
