The Partner Technology Consultant provides product, module, and implementation expertise to partner implementers. This role supports partner consultants through onboarding, technical support, direct shadowing, training, and enablement materials, while maintaining delivery skills freshness through quarterly customer implementations.
This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader. Please note that this requirement is subject to ongoing review and may be adjusted in the future.

What You’ll Do
- Partner Support: Handle incoming partner product issues, troubleshooting requests, and implementation assistance.
- Module Specialization: Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in assigned FloQast modules; act as a go-to expert for configuration and delivery nuances.
- Direct Shadowing: Serve as the primary shadowing resource for partner consultants during early implementations or new module delivery; observe performance and provide coaching.
- Partner Consultant Onboarding: Facilitate technical onboarding for new consultants, including training on methodology and module setup.
- Enablement Ownership: Create and maintain partner-facing enablement materials (FAQs, documentation, checklists) based on support trends.
- Quarterly Customer Implementation: Directly implement one low-complexity customer project per quarter to maintain current delivery skills and best-practice alignment.
- Professional Services Alignment: Participate in Accounting Technology Consultant-aligned training, education, and collaboration forums to stay current with delivery methodology.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals.
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years of professional experience demonstrating project execution, professional growth, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- 2+ years of public accounting or industry accounting experience, demonstrating strong accounting fundamentals with the ability to apply them in complex, real-world implementation scenarios
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
- Strong client-facing experience
- Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and decision making skills
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and follow-through
- Strong project management skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively to coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams to scope, execute, and measure effectiveness of the program
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and consultative skills
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands
Nice To Haves/Other
- 1+ years of experience in partner implementation or partner management role
- Prior user experience of either FloQast and/or other month end close software
- Experience using Learning Management Systems
- Experience using Customer Success/Experience systems
- CPA preferred, or CPA eligible
- Experience using Salesforce
- Strong working knowledge of FloQast as well as experience with implementing FloQast
