The Partner Success Manager serves as the primary operational relationship owner for assigned partners. This role ensures partner-led implementations are visible, partner consultants are tracked through readiness and capacity signals, handoffs are complete, risks are surfaced early, and partners have a consistent operational point of contact inside Partner Services.
This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader. Please note that this requirement is subject to ongoing review and may be adjusted in the future.

What You’ll Do
- Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for assigned partners; maintain regular partner check-ins; build trusted operational relationships with partner delivery leaders.
- Partner Tiering and Cadence: Align communication cadence (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) based on partner maturity, delivery capacity, and project activity.
- Project Oversight and Governance: Monitor active partner-led implementations; track project progression, risks, and completion status; ensure concerns are surfaced before they become customer-impacting.
- Sales-to-Implementation Coordination: Coordinate issues between FloQast sales and partner delivery teams; ensure handoff materials are complete and actionable.
- Capacity and Readiness Monitoring: Monitor partner consultant bench strength and capacity; identify risks due to insufficient trained consultants or uneven experience.
- QBR and Operational Reviews: Own the operational components of partner business reviews, including performance, consultant readiness, and project health.
- Escalation Management: Coordinate operational escalations involving implementation quality, handoffs, or process concerns.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of professional experience demonstrating project execution, professional growth, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- 2+ years of public accounting or industry accounting experience
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
- Strong client-facing experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and implementation teams.
- Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and decision making skills
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and follow-through
- Strong project management skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively to coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams to scope, execute, and measure effectiveness of the program
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and consultative skills. Ability to facilitate executive-level business reviews.
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands
Nice To Haves/Other
- 1+ years of experience in partner implementation or partner management role
- Prior user experience of either FloQast and/or other month end close software
- Experience using Learning Management Systems
- Experience using Customer Success/Experience systems
- CPA preferred, or CPA eligible
- Experience using Salesforce
- Strong working knowledge of FloQast as well as experience with implementing FloQast
