The Partner Manager is a critical role within Secureframe's partner program, acting as a key advisor and guide for our service partners. This role is dedicated to enabling partners to market, sell, implement, manage, and support their services powered by Secureframe effectively. The Partner Manager's mission is to ensure partners thrive and can deliver exceptional value to their clients through Secureframe's solutions.

What you'll do
- Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for new partners.
- Provide training and resources to ensure partners are well-versed in Secureframe’s products and solutions.
- Develop and execute partnership plans tailored to the needs and goals of each partner.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on strategy, goals, and performance metrics.
- Assist partners in developing effective sales strategies and navigating the sales cycle.
- Participate in key meetings and demos to support partners in closing deals.
- Equip partners with product knowledge, sales materials, and best practices for engaging potential clients.
- Guide partners through the integration of Secureframe into their service portfolio.
- Provide ongoing support to address challenges and optimize service delivery.
- Identify growth opportunities and help partners scale their offerings.
- Focus on high-potential partners, leading strategic engagements and ensuring alignment with Secureframe’s objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner success and satisfaction.
- Work closely with Partner Specialists to provide reactive and tactical support.
- Ensure a seamless experience for partners, balancing strategic planning with responsive issue resolution.

Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or a related role within the technology or software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of compliance automation and related technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
