Role Overview:
CertifID is the nation’s leading wire fraud prevention platform. We work with top title underwriters to protect real estate transactions, educate the market, and build trust among all parties involved.
We are hiring a Partner Account Manager to support and grow our strategic underwriter partnerships. This role is focused on turning underwriter sales representatives into advocates who drive agent adoption of CertifID’s solutions. You will lead underwriter rep outreach, regional training and enablement, and field engagement. This high-impact role combines relationship development, partner strategy, and direct pipeline generation.
Rep Engagement and Outreach
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with underwriter sales representatives to drive referrals.
- Conduct regular check-ins, provide updates and resources, and support joint planning efforts to become a trusted resource.
- Participate in agent demos alongside reps to provide expertise and increase win rates.
Regional Enablement and Execution
- Identify and prioritize target states and territories based on partner strategy and growth potential.
- Work with Marketing to deliver regional enablement through one-pagers, custom decks, co-branded content, and live or virtual training sessions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure coordinated regional campaigns and outreach.
Pipeline Development and Handoff
- Generate partner-sourced pipeline and deliver qualified demos monthly through referrals and account mapping.
- Collaborate with AEs to ensure seamless handoffs, visibility, and follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure proper attribution of partner-influenced revenue.
Events, Public Speaking, and Field Activation
- Represent CertifID at industry events, state Land Title Association events, partner conferences, and hosted dinners.
- Deliver engaging presentations on wire fraud risk, compliance, and CertifID’s value to agents and partner teams.
- Plan, execute, and travel to maximize partner engagement and field presence.
Internal Collaboration and Feedback
- Share trends, rep feedback, and insights from the field to serve as the partner's internal voice.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align on initiatives and resource needs.
- Document and share best practices to scale partner programs across other regions and teams.
What You Bring
- 5+ Years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or go-to-market roles (Account Executive or Partner Account Manager preferred).
- Familiarity with the title, escrow, or real estate technology space is highly valued.
- Proven success in generating a pipeline through indirect or partner-driven channels.
- Strong presentation skills and speaking confidently to small and large groups.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Comfortable with up to 50% travel to support key partner markets and events.
