Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and process modification orders.
  • Respond professionally, accurately, and promptly to supply chain orders and requests.
  • Maintain and organize order files and related documentation.
  • Ensure the accuracy of part numbers, product codes, quantities, and order details.
  • Monitor open orders and provide timely updates or responses to customer inquiries and special requests.
  • Process and track orders through the manufacturing process.
  • Read picking sheets and understand product codes and specifications.
  • Identify product finishes and basic product features.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of products, part numbers, and product features.
  • Work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Complete assigned tasks with limited supervision.
  • Perform  administrative and other  duties as required.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to read and interpret picking sheets, product codes, and order information.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: USD - USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
