Provides hands-on engineering support for production operations, initially in Pick/Pack, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and labor targets. Owns standard work, labor standards, visual controls, process flow, ergonomics, and material presentation. Leads continuous improvement and 6S initiatives, reduces defects and rework through root-cause analysis and error prevention, and collaborates with Production, QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHSS, and Facilities. Cross-trains across production areas and supports both daily execution and longer-term improvements.

Manages sales growth and customer relationships across Home Depot and Lowe’s locations throughout the Bay Area, Sacramento, Reno, and Fresno. Provides product training to retail staff, maintains merchandising standards, supports Pro and in-home sales programs, coordinates with distributors, resolves customer claims, and recommends assortment improvements. The role requires regular local and regional travel, independent territory planning, and achievement of sales goals across multiple building-product lines.

Pick, retrieve, and update inventory of order items using barcodes/SKUs; replenish and manage stock; perform general warehouse duties; lift up to 50 lbs; follow safety procedures and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Follow work orders to pick parts, drill prepped displays, and move parts between departments. Read picking sheets and product codes, identify colors, interpret written/oral instructions, follow safety requirements, and perform frequent standing/walking and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Maintain and track inventory, locate and pull materials, use tablet and scanner for recordkeeping, load/unload materials (up to 60 lbs) from AGVs, operate pallet jack (certified), and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
