User Education Manager

RealtimeBoard is looking for our first User Education Manager! The User Education Manager will be responsible for designing, building, testing and iterating on training and enablement content as well as their delivery platforms. It also includes collaborating on content strategies on a help center, training courses portal, certifications, in-product guiders, community management and more. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Product, and others. You will report to the Head of Customer Success.

What you'll do

  • Guide and be measured against scaled engagement metrics that increase product usage and engagement
  • Build our user education strategy program by designing structure, drafting course contents, and troubleshooting courseware
  • Develop training tracks and curriculum for various business roles and users
  • Utilize data to work with teams across the company including Product, Marketing, Growth, and Customer Success to define and inform the direction of curricula and deliverables
  • Partner with the Customer Success, Support and Product teams to understand and strategize around customer learning needs
  • Ensure all learning content and experiences are aligned with brand guidelines
  • Foster collaboration and share vision for overall educational strategy

What you'll need

  • Experience and a keen understanding of how to manage the entire customer lifecycle
  • A strong preference for customer facing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Stays abreast of current customer-facing learning trends, tools, and technology
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Salesforce is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
