Travel Services Administrator

We’re looking for a Travel Service Administrator to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Global Travel Services team, you will support a world-class travel program at Snap Inc, embrace Snap values by being smart, creative, and most of all kind in every aspect of this role, and offer a high level of service to all Snap travelers and arrangers. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate across the enterprise to make business travel as easy as possible for all stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
- Be supporting the travel & expense global policy
- Provide support for the Concur Travel & Expense tool globally
- Collaborate with stakeholders on sourcing and planning of meetings & events
- Monitor and report on T&E policy compliance
- Audit expense reports globally for reimbursement
- Publish regularly and maintain the Travel & Expense intranet information pages
- Conduct monthly internal T&E training webinars
- Monitor and respond to travel, expense, and corporate card email aliases
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Global Travel Service department
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience with a travel or expense management system
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Apps suite of tools
Preferred qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with Concur
- Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail
- High touch customer service and collaboration with internal partners
- Knowledge of business travel planning and operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
