As a Training Specialist, reporting to the Associate Manager of operations, you will play a key role in training teams of Returnistas at our new Return Bar locations.

The Training Specialist will:

• Lead the training and launching of new Happy Returns locations across the United States, including locations operated by the company as well as those operated by third-party partners.

• Assist the Operations team in the development of new training curriculum, writing and evolving curriculum to ensure that it is best in class.

• Responsible for making sure “Returnistas” at our new locations understand and can operate the Happy Returns process with 100% competency.

• Coordinate with the Business Development and Operations teams on scheduling upcoming trainings.

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

• High energy and enthusiasm

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to locations within the U.S.

• Entrepreneurial spirit

• Ability to quickly establish relationships and determine the needs of others

• Comfort working in a fast-paced and demanding environment

• Ceaseless determination setting and attaining goals

• Impeccable organization and communication skills

• Ability to work well both independently and in a cross-functional team

• Strong internal motivation to succeed

• Prior experience training in retail environments preferred but not required
