Training Specialist
As a Training Specialist, reporting to the Associate Manager of operations, you will play a key role in training teams of Returnistas at our new Return Bar locations.
The Training Specialist will:
Lead the training and launching of new Happy Returns locations across the United States, including locations operated by the company as well as those operated by third-party partners.
Assist the Operations team in the development of new training curriculum, writing and evolving curriculum to ensure that it is best in class.
Responsible for making sure “Returnistas” at our new locations understand and can operate the Happy Returns process with 100% competency.
Coordinate with the Business Development and Operations teams on scheduling upcoming trainings.
We are looking for someone with:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
High energy and enthusiasm
Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to locations within the U.S.
Entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to quickly establish relationships and determine the needs of others
Comfort working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Ceaseless determination setting and attaining goals
Impeccable organization and communication skills
Ability to work well both independently and in a cross-functional team
Strong internal motivation to succeed
Prior experience training in retail environments preferred but not required
