FIGS is looking for an awesome Threads for Threads Director to oversee our corporate giving. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving healthcare on a global scale and is comfortable working cross-functionally to bring FIGS’ giving initiatives to fruition. In this role, you will manage all Threads for Threads donations, corporate partnerships, collaborations and travel from conception to execution with a focus on creating scalable processes. The Threads for Threads Director will report to the VP of Brand. 

What You’ll Do:

• Execute on Threads for Threads initiatives through all mediums.
• Establish a clear three-year strategy for Threads for Threads on a global scale.
• Implement best practices in corporate giving at FIGS.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop communications and strategies across business units.
• Partner with the internal creative team and external agencies to plan, manage, and oversee the execution of Threads for Threads missions and projects. 
• Liaise with the Marketing Team to develop, build and promote social impact campaigns. 
• Foster relationships with key partners and non-profits. 
• Implement tracking and monitor, analyze, and measure the effectiveness of Threads for Threads initiatives. 
• Manage, motivate, teach and develop a team of Managers and Associates on your team.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree with 5-10 years experience in corporate giving or at a non-profit.
• Deep brand management and media experience with a direct-to-consumer brand in a high-growth stage.
• Experience supporting the work of senior leadership team members. 
• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to build lasting processes.
• Ability to execute simultaneously against multiple competing priorities.
• A proven ability to select and structure deals with brand partners.
• Strong analytical skills to understand key performance indicators.
• A natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and highly-fluid environment.
• A strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks.
