Sr. Manager, Safety Strategy and Operations at Snap Inc.
We’re looking for a Safety Strategy and Operations Senior Manager to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Trust & Safety team, you will determine how Platform Integrity will keep Snapchatters, Advertisers, and Content Creators around the world safe and supported through thoughtful design and execution of company policies, provision of innovative channels, processes, and technologies at scale. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with Legal, Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Engineering, Product, Sales and other teams throughout the company, as well as external stakeholders in the industry, to effectively strategize, scope, plan, and execute on special high-priority projects.
What you’ll do:
Leverage your passion for customers to develop and manage large projects and programs that optimize for advertiser and Snapchatter experience at scale
Lead teams to design and implement business initiatives and workflow changes, training and communications materials and launch plans for impacted stakeholders
Work with product designers, engineers, legal, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions spanning content review, brand safety, customer operations, sales operations, and vendor operations;
Manage implementation of new support models including workflow, process, training, technology, content, reporting, and resourcing;
Scale models globally by collaborating internally to develop and transition new workflows to external partners, while combining automation and resourcing opportunities;
Manage change for internal and external groups in a fast-paced, constantly changing industry environment
Constantly evaluate internal practices against competitive trends and drive solutions that make our teams scalable
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Analytical and data driven
Strong effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years of relevant work experience
Proven track record of operational excellence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment working with stakeholders across corporate functions
Knowledge in Change Management, Communications and Organizational Design
A detail-oriented individual with executive presence, business acumen, and the ability to influence and communicate within all levels of the organization
Ability to travel internationally
A team player who’s willing to get their hands dirty and help where needed
