SimplePractice is seeking a General Manager with an entrepreneurial drive who’s looking to take ownership of growth and strategic direction for SimplePractice Learning, the leading continuing education platform for mental health practitioners. Our high-quality, on-demand courses help health and wellness clinicians expand their skills and meet their continuing education requirements through compelling topics and engaging presenters. In this role, you’ll play an integral part in bridging the current and future roadmap for SimplePractice Learning and ensuring its alignment with marketing operations. 

Initial Responsibilities

• Quickly assess and develop market opportunities for substantial growth
• Gain customer intimacy by understanding customer problems and generating the appropriate value proposition to exceed their expectations
• Create clear plans for success and building the team to implement
• Developing simple, yet effective systems for tracking progress towards success

Desired Skills & Experience

• Past experience growing an organization’s revenue 50% annually for a minimum of 3 years
• The ability to create and achieve simple yet effective strategic plans
• Past experience building and growing highly productive teams
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker
• Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
