Golden Bolt, the fulfillment division of Golden Hippo is currently looking for a Quality Document Control Coordinator to help implement Document Control System. This will be a 3 months temp role located in our Chatsworth, CA fulfillment center.

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE
⦁ Creation of controlled document system
⦁ Review and final implementation of document change request process
⦁ Completion of a catalogue of all documents with their assigned life cycles/upcoming review dates
⦁ Creation of training record system that ensures employee training records can be maintained and kept current
⦁ Determine any current gaps in training documentation for current Golden Bolt employees
⦁ Training Golden Bolt employees on the completed systems
⦁ May be required to author or revise documentation as needed
BEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
⦁ Experience implementing controlled document system or 5+ years experience working with an established controlled document system
⦁ Document control role in Food/Supplement Warehouse is preferred
⦁ Strong organizational prowess and ability to prioritize several tasks appropriately
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⦁ Self-motivated with ability to work independently
⦁ Knowledge of Food/Supplement Warehouse Regulations (CFR 21 Part 111)
⦁ Proficiency in MS Office Word
