Program Manager, Snap Lab

We're looking for a Program Manager to join the Snap Lab team!
What you’ll do:
Prioritize projects with Snap Lab leadership based on impact, company objectives, and resources
Work closely with Snap Lab stakeholders to identify priorities relating to internal programs and initiatives
Work cross functionally with the Human Resources and Recruiting team to leverage internal resources to lead onboarding, mentorship and mobility programs
Collaborate with internal task force to drive cultural change across the organization
Manage the implementation and maintenance of high priority projects from ideation through design, delivery , and measurement
Cultivate strong relationships across the Snap Lab organization and the People team including Human Resources, Recruiting, and Internal Communications by facilitating communication, coordination, planning, and execution across partners.
Be a first point of contact and ongoing resource for new employees
Own the logistics of scaling our processes, tooling, and automation across new locations and employee segments
Partner with business leaders to develop org-specific growth programs

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
3+ years of experience in program management, operations, human resources or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience owning and driving projects end to end
Experience identifying team goals and recommending new approaches and strategies
