ServiceTitan’s Platform Operations Manager is an integral, highly-visible role to ensure the success of the Platform team at ServiceTitan. S/he will be able to identify process inefficiencies, then develop and implement plans for improvement, and also produce insightful reporting and analyses. ​This individual has a well-rounded background, drawing key elements from roles such as Operations, Analytics, and Project Management. We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated to optimize processes, ensure data integrity, and support the overall growth of the team with the appropriate infrastructure across people, process, and technology.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement scalable operational processes and integrated systems to drive team efficiency, accurate management reporting, and visibility across the entire department
  • Create reports and dashboards that allow teams to effectively measure KPIs and supports recurring reporting needs, e.g. weekly updates, MBR materials, third-party rebates, etc.
  • Own all KPI data sources and reporting for the Platform team, ensuring data integrity and business needs are being met efficiently
  • Analyze internal and external data for anomalies, trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Own communication of new processes and procedures and ensure effective adoption by internal stakeholders (e.g. preparing clear documentation, facilitating training sessions as needed, etc.)
  • Work with Platform Management regularly to address our business needs efficiently and identify gaps/opportunities to evolve processes with a focus on scalability

What you'll need:

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience, e.g. business operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing process improvement and reporting projects from start to finish
  • Proven ability to gather and understand business requirements, then translate them to effective use of applications
  • Confidence in advocating best practices and experience implementing them
  • Excellent process documentation and communication skills
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with BI tools, e.g. Tableau, required; proficiency in SQL a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce.com required
