ServiceTitan’s Payroll Pro Implementation Specialist serves as the front-line customer support for all things payroll. S/he will be a key resource in helping our customers by advising, onboarding, and supporting our customers on ServiceTitan payroll features. We are looking for a candidate who has payroll experience, excellent communication skills, and an obsession for customer success.
What You'll Do:
Contribute towards defining the customer facing onboarding and support processes for all payroll related products in ServiceTitan
Provide expertise and recommendations on adoption of ServiceTitan payroll features
Work with our payroll processor to onboard customers to ServiceTitan payroll features
Assist with the payroll implementation process of our clients such as: information gathering, setting up clients, enrolling employees and loading historical information in the payroll platform. (i.e. personal information, tax deductions, garnishments, etc.)
Serve as an escalation point for Customer Support teams as they assist customers in working through payroll-related issues
Work with our Payroll processing partner when necessary to triage and resolve customer support tickets
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, payroll experience highly preferred.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent payroll experience preferred
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills to facilitate daily interaction with customers
Ability to understand and display empathy for customers
Understanding of technology and software platforms
Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, and work effectively cross-functionally
Results-driven, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter
