ServiceTitan’s Payroll Pro Implementation Specialist serves as the front-line customer support for all things payroll. S/he will be a key resource in helping our customers by advising, onboarding, and supporting our customers on ServiceTitan payroll features. We are looking for a candidate who has payroll experience, excellent communication skills, and an obsession for customer success.

What You'll Do:

• Contribute towards defining the customer facing onboarding and support processes for all payroll related products in ServiceTitan

• Provide expertise and recommendations on adoption of ServiceTitan payroll features

• Work with our payroll processor to onboard customers to ServiceTitan payroll features

• Assist with the payroll implementation process of our clients such as: information gathering, setting up clients, enrolling employees and loading historical information in the payroll platform. (i.e. personal information, tax deductions, garnishments, etc.)

• Serve as an escalation point for Customer Support teams as they assist customers in working through payroll-related issues

• Work with our Payroll processing partner when necessary to triage and resolve customer support tickets

What You'll Bring: 

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, payroll experience highly preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent payroll experience preferred

• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills to facilitate daily interaction with customers

• Ability to understand and display empathy for customers

• Understanding of technology and software platforms

• Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, and work effectively cross-functionally

• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter
