Partner Integration Project Manager
The Partner Integration Project Manager (Supplier Partnerships) is an integral, highly visible role contributing to the overall success of Supplier partnerships at ServiceTitan. You will spearhead technical project management for integration development with Supplier partners that drive immense value to our customers, while also driving meaningful business to ServiceTitan. You have a well-rounded background -- with emphasis on technical expertise paired with client or partner management skills -- drawing key elements from roles such as technology consulting, IT implementation, software development or product management.
What you’ll do:
Partner with Product, Growth, and Product/Partner Marketing to define scope, requirements, go-to-market strategy, and to launch integrations with immense value and high adoption
Enable strategic partners to implement integrations into ServiceTitan solutions that drive growth, and/or efficiency for mutual customers within existing and new verticals
Act as the primary point of contact for partners’ technical teams, project managing and supporting partners during the implementation, go-to-market, and alpha/beta phases
Present goals and progress towards those goals to senior management, consistently flagging risks and proposing mitigation strategies, and identifying opportunities to enhance the go-to-market process both internally and externally
What you’ll need:
5+ years of relevant work experience with IT projects and/or software marketplace development
Bachelor's Degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred
Exposure to APIs and other integration frameworks
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and thoughtfully explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight and drive project delivery with partners
Intelligent, hard working and tech savvy
Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
Results-driven, detail-oriented and organized self-starter
Openness and ability to be coached, passion for winning, persistence and determination
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong leadership skills with proven verbal and written communications skills
Familiarity with HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical industries is a plus
Familiarity with SaaS industry and software integration marketplace development is a plus
Experience with Asana or other project management tools is a plus
