Role Overview

As an Onboarding Executive, you will be an integral part of a Talent’s successful performance in the first 30 days of joining the Cameo platform. This role will be responsible for driving sales efficiency as well as cross-functional alignment. As this is a brand new role on the Talent Team at Cameo, it is important that you build out strategic, thoughtful, and scalable onboarding “best practices” and processes for the team to share and implement moving forward.

You will focus on improving Talent’s performance with our core product: Cameo Videos. In addition to this, you will assist in launching Talent on new product SKUs such as Cameo Calls and Cameo Live. Much of your role will rely on identifying both Talent and fan motives to guide your marketing strategy, working cross-functionally to build Talent pre-launches, engaging in creative rollouts that target appropriate audiences, and producing effective assets for Talent to share in their social network.

Role Deliverables & Expectations

• Build a thoughtful strategy to target the appropriate platform, audiences, and engagement for the Talent's social channels
• Work cross-functionally with partners from other departments including marketing, PR, growth, and product to strategize impactful campaigns both on and off or our platform
• Coordinate budget with finance and our Talent Leadership on budget allocation for Talent launches
• Build incredible Talent IQ. Work closely with Talent and the team that supports the Talent every day to ensure they have the best possible onboarding experience, setting them up for success
• Work with the sales enablement and operations teams to build a strategy for scaling asset creation, onboarding “how-to” resources
• Work cross-functionally to provide insightful, measurable, and data-driven feedback to the team and leadership.

• Exceptionally organized and have an outstanding pulse on what is going on with Talent at all times
• Up to date on trends and industry news that can be used to create success for Cameo's Talent. You are creative and constantly thinking of new insights and opportunities.
• Experience rolling out campaigns and promotional strategies with Talent, as well as expertise identifying successful Talent and creating opportunities to highlight them
• Able to build great relationships with our internal partners as well as Talent and their teams, creating a great sense of trust
