Ready to be a Titan:

As an Office Coordinator, you will be reporting to our Director, Real Estate Workplace Services to ensure the smooth running and coordination of our workspaces across the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Effectively support and assist the REWS team in managing the office to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety
  • Efficiently and responsibly manage all inventory needs for the office: requirements, tracking, stocking, and assisting in ordering, all while promoting a friendly and inclusive environment
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Provide coverage at the front desk as needed by greeting and directing visitors and guests
  • Support meeting and travel logistics for visitors and offsite employees
  • Responsibly manage employee nourishment: lunch, drinks, snacks etc
  • Help plan/execute company events as needed: holiday party, picnic, birthdays, anniversary etc.
  • Coordinate with vendors in order to support all of the above activities
  • Track status and develop reports to understand effectiveness and efficiency and come up with ways for continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven work experience as an office/workplace coordinator
  • Excellent knowledge in GoogleDocs & Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Ability to lift 20lbs or greater
  • Dedicated to providing best in class customer service
  • Strong written, verbal, organization & problem solving skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
